Rates

Pricing follows scope, access, and how tangled the trail is

These figures are informational. Final fees are set after a scoping conversation. There is no online checkout.

Fraud review engagement

From NT$280,000 per engagement

Fixed fee after scoping for a defined period, entity set, and question. Larger multi-entity reviews are quoted separately. Limited probes may use a day rate of NT$28,000–NT$35,000.

Exception testing

From NT$95,000 for a defined population

Or day rate when the list size is still moving. Price depends on exception count, document quality, and whether retesting rounds are included.

Control walkthrough

NT$28,000–NT$32,000 per day

Priced by process area. Cash, purchasing, and revenue paths usually need more than one day when multiple sites are involved.

Findings remediation support

Blocks of 5 days from NT$140,000

Retainer blocks keep retesting and advice available while your owners clear open items. Unused days in a block expire after ninety days unless extended in writing.

What moves the estimate

  • Number of entities, currencies, and ERP instances in scope
  • Whether bank and voucher packs are complete on day one
  • Need for Mandarin fieldwork, English board writing, or both
  • Travel outside Taipei and evening cut-off windows around month-end
  • Involvement of counsel and privileged folders that slow access

Deposits of thirty percent are typical to reserve the start window. The balance is due on delivery of the final memo unless a staged schedule is agreed.
