About
A Taipei practice built around irregular postings and hard evidence
NextGen Software Tools helps finance leaders examine suspected fraud indicators and clear exception populations with documented testing—not slogans about transformation.
Origin
The practice grew from fieldwork supporting Taiwan-based groups that needed an independent look after whistleblower notes, unexpected write-offs, or stubborn reconciliation gaps. Clients asked for reviewers who could sit with AP clerks, read Chinese and English source packs, and write findings a committee could act on.
We remain a human-delivered audit service. Work is performed by practicing reviewers who know ledger paths, bank evidence, and the pace of month-end in this market.
Working approach
We define scope before sampling. We expand tests when patterns appear. We separate known error from unresolved irregularity in every memo. Draft findings are discussed with the engagement contact before final delivery so factual corrections happen early.
Values in practice
- Evidence over impression—every fail cites a document or its absence.
- Proportionate scope—no inflated sample when a narrow probe answers the question.
- Clear Mandarin and English communication for mixed teams and boards.
- Respect for people who own the process, even when controls are weak.
